In order to effectively implement and maintain an
AS9100 Quality Management System, you must understand the requirements,
consider their impact on the company, and manage an implementation plan. This workshop has been developed to assist
the Executive Team in gaining a consistent understanding of the requirements of
AS9100 and the registration process. The
session is a workshop environment where the requirements of the standard are
presented and the participants discuss how they impact the company, the degree
of current compliance, and the steps needed to implement each item.
